Spear Professor of Real Estate Development at Harvard’s Graduate School of Design, and wrote the textbook for Professional Real Estate Development. His most recent academic offerings include the Urban Land Institute’s “Guide to the Business” of Professional Real Estate Development and the Routledge Companion to Real Estate Development. In this conversation Professor Peiser discusses a variety of topics including his research on new towns, how the economic downturn will affect real estate development, and the affects of Covid on the real estate development marketplace.
